Magnetic Field Distribution in Coupled Coils of a Wireless Power Transfer Device in Sea Water

The wireless power transfer technology is widely studied in the world. It is advantageous in many areas, including EV, UUV, and AGV. Since it is wireless, it is more convenient in many special environments such as deep wells and sea water. Scholars conduct research in many areas, including circuit topology, power transmitter design, coil style, and electromagnetic distribution in coupled coils. In this paper, a study on electromagnetic distribution in coupled coils in sea water is provided with simulations and experiments, and some conclusions are discussed.
