Design and Implementation of Scientific Research Evaluation System Based on Web

Objective To design and develop a scientific research evaluation system which is accurate and impartial as well as objective and convenient.Methods The technology of Asp.net and Ajax was used to establish the system based on the Oracle database.Results The system has been successfully applied in hospital scientific research evaluation work with satisfactory results.Conclusion The system has huge application value and can be widely used in personnel evaluation,job evaluation and other evaluation works.
