R&D of online automatic detection system of intersection hole position in high precision box based on five-axis machining center

In the processing of machining a series of holes in box-type parts with large and high precision,the tolerances of form and position measurement of holes is a key step and a difficult problem.This paper introduces the composition,working principle of online automatic detection system and the testing data treatment of results by studying and developing a series of holes in box-type parts with large and high precision.The paper also illustrates the key work in this system design,such as measured macro programming principle and method,process,parameter selection by using some examples,and from the perspective of the realization and function,this shows the concrete measures of the rapidity,accuracy and safety of the measurement system.
