Analýza, návrh a měření ultrazvukového dálkoměru se spojitě modulovanou vysílací frekvencí (CTFM sonar)

Subject of this paper was analysis, design and measuring of sonar rangefinder with conti-nuously modulated transmitting frequency (CTFM sonar). The idea was to prove reliabi-lity of a sonar rangefinder that evaluates distance of a targeted object using frequency area of processed signal. This paper and its results are based on measurement via measu-ring system that was specifically designed for this purpose and it is also further described here. While working on theoretical section, simulation and practical section meaning real measurement on said measuring system, the method proved to be as effective as theory says. Method proves to be very reliable even when exposed to external factors and also range finding is very accurate for solid state measuring.
