공동주택의 실내온도를 활용한 건물의 열환경 분석

Many of the studies to save the energy of the building has been carried out, but the problem of generalizing the thermal environment of building always occur. An optimum value derived from existing studies can be applied only to target building but not to other buildings. This is because there is no scheme that can comprehensively represent the building thermal environment and if it is possible to express the building thermal environment, the generalized problem of building can be solved. Furthermore, the optimum value derived in the study can be applied to other buildings which can reduce the considerable time and cost. In this study, (1) select the 2 buildings that have different building components including building shape, internal heat gain, envelope properties, infiltration, and (2) operate the HVAC system from 08:00 to 20:00 and off the HVAC system during the 21:00 to 07:00. After that, (3) window U-value and SHGC has been tuned to match the indoor temperature pattern and compare the heating load of 2 buildings. The results show that, the MBE and CV(RMSE) is 0.74 % and 5.39 % respectively which are belongs to the acceptable range. Thus, The same indoor temperature patterns indicate the same thermal environment
