A Study on Improved Two-Level Sample-and-Hold Circuits with a 3 MHz Sinewave Sampled at 30 MHz

Through theoretical analysis and experimental simulation,in-phase sample-and-hold(S/H) circuits are expanded and improved,and three types of highspeed and high-precision S/H circuits with a 3 MHz sinewave sampled at 30 MHz are proposed.Experiments show that the new S/H circuits can reduce the leakage current of the analog switch,thus lowering the voltage droop rate of the holding capacitor.
