The technical scheme,structure,performance characteristics,main technical parameters of ZP495 are important introduced,building bevel gear wheel 3 d entity model through the Pro/E software.Using ANSYS software and building corresponding finite element model,at the tooth root,finite element analysis is used and compared to the traditional calculation method,Obtained the accuracy of finite element solution and the traditional algorithm is practical.The reliable basis and feasible method for the bevel gears precision design are provided.
