A Framework for Bioprofile Analysis Over Grid

The primary aim of this paper is to propose a framework for bioprofile analysis over grid to support individualized healthcare. The framework provides a basis for a ¿grid-based¿ solution to the challenge of ¿distributed bioprofile analysis¿ in bioprofiling. The main objectives are: 1) to propose architecture for bioprofile analysis over grid; 2) to propose a service model for bioprofile analysis over grid; and 3) to present a practical implementation of grid environment to support distributed electroencephalogram analysis for early detection of dementia, a major health and social care problem, to illustrate the work.
