This article, sample like the intrinsic necessity of the high direction to count with reliable information, precise information and integrated information, it has made possible, that the organization to be integrated throughout the areas, and therefore, to be different itself from the competition by means of the implantation of a planning system of the enterprise resources (ERP), allowing among other advantages reduction of costs, increase of the productivity and the automatization of processes, vital in a company that wishes to be competitive before others. Then, to implant an integrated system, will allow the organization to obtain a competitive advantage or in her defect the organization will contribute to align with her competitors, finding the availability of an answer adapted of information to the measurement of her necessities, establishing a solution that will allow a total integration of all the operations, with the purpose of suitably managing each one of the areas of the company.
