Multi-facet quality assessment of process driven services in collaborative networks

Collaborative networks are constituted by a variety of entities that collaborate to better achieve common or compatible goals. Sharing IT resources in these networks is widely practiced and takes many forms. This fact faces inter organizational information system to many challenges and implies many quality issues. In this context, the Information System Quality (ISQ) management discipline requires a set of assessment mechanisms to evaluate quality characteristics and to plan their evolutions. This paper aims to present a novel model for assessing external quality characteristics of process driven services. The characterization, as proposed here, aims to quantify dependent environment qualities by considering internal, external and in use aspects.
