The invention discloses a sealing method for a steel pipe and a concrete floor performed hole. A floor and the steel pipe are involved. The method comprises the steps that 1, concrete is poured into an annular hole in the lower portion of the floor performed hole, wherein concrete one grade higher than the floor concrete is used for being poured on the template and the upper surface of the floor outside the steel pipe at first, tamped and maintained, and the height of the poured annular concrete is 1/3 to 1/2 that of the floor; 2, secondary plugging is carried out on the annular pit, wherein the pipe body is sleeved with a rubber expansion water stop ring, the rubber expansion water stop ring is made to be placed on the end face of the annular pit, then, concrete one grade higher than the floor concrete and fine gravels are used for being poured into the annular pit and tamped, and the end face of the poured annular pit is 1 cm lower than the surface of the floor; 3, water is injected into the annular pit formed through secondary plugging for a leakage test, and the pit is flattened after the annular pit passes the test. The sealing method has the significant advantage that the waterproof effect is good.
