Enthalpies of Combustion of Organic Compounds. II. L- and D-Glutamic Acid

Enthalpies of combustion of L- and D-glutamic acid in the crystalline state have been measured by oxygen bomb calorimetry. Standard enthalpies of formation at 298.15 K have been determined.
