Distribution of Fibronectin during Wound Healing after Experimental Free Gingival Grafts.

遊離歯肉移植の創傷治癒におけるフィブロネクチンの役割を検索する目的で, 遊離歯肉移植後のフィブロネクチンの局在を免疫組織化学的に観察した。ゴールデンハムスターの上顎の歯肉歯槽粘膜に口腔前庭拡張を行い受容床を作製, 移植片を口蓋歯肉より採取し, 遊離歯肉移植を行い, 経時的なフィブロネクチンの局在の変化を間接蛍光抗体法により観察をした。術後3日目までにおいて, フィブロネクチンは, 移植片と受容床との接合部に強陽性に認められた。術後5~14日において, 肉芽組織に一致してフィブロネクチンの強陽性所見が見られた。術後28日を経過すると, 移植部のフィブロネクチンの局在は, 口蓋歯肉と同様に観察させた。以上の結果より, 遊離歯肉移植後の創傷治癒において, フィブロネクチンは, 移植片と受容床との接着に関与し, 血管の新生や上皮の遊走および伸展を促進することが示唆された。
