Thermal Behavior in Tilting Pad Journal Bearings
暂无分享,去创建一个
Thermal behavior in tilting pad journal bearings is explored with a new computer code which accounts for several important thermal factors in addition to the usual Reynolds equation finite difference solution. These factors are: heat transfer to the shaft, heat transfer to and through the pad, mixing in the bearing cavity, mixing in inter-groove spaces, thermal warping of the pad, stress warping of the pad, and the effects of both temperature and turbulence on local film temperatures and total bearing performance. Presented at the 44th Annual Meeting in Atlanta, Georgia May 1–4, 1989
