헬스클럽 트레이너 특성이 여성고객 만족도 및 구전의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of female customer`s satisfaction and intention of words-of-mouth by fitness trainers` characteristics. To achieve this purpose the subjects were selected 267 female customers aged 20 and over from 5 fitness centers which enrolled over 500 members and over 5 personal trainers. In order to obtain the research result, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, and simple linear regression analysis were conducted utilizing SPSS 17.0 version. The results of this study were as follows: First, fitness trainer`s personality aspect, directive aspect and appearance aspect were statistically significant to female customers satisfaction. Second, fitness trainer` spersonality aspect, directive aspect and appearance aspect were statistically significant to intention of words-ofmouth. Third, the effect of words-of-mouth intention on female customer`s satisfaction by trainers was statistically significant.
