Application of FMEA and Value Engineering Methods in the Production Process

Combining the advantage of FMEA with that of value engineering,a new method to determine optimal process was put forward and an enterprise example was given.The production processes within the enterprise were analyzed and designed when the actual situation within the enterprise was fully taken into account.And a quantitative analysis was provided for on-site managers.The analysis was very convenient to be comprehended and applied.
