Identify Important Coefficients in China's Sectors of Discharge Amount of Industrial Wastewater

Industrial wastewater is the primary source of China's water environmental pollution.This paper makes researches on identification important coefficients in China's discharge of industrial wastewater in 2002 based on the losing information method.We pick out sixteen sharing important coefficients in terms of variation of Leontief inverse and output,and show a key production chain of discharge of industrial wastewater.That identifying important coefficients of discharge of industrial wastewater will help the government of China to cut down discharge amount of industrial wastewater.Key parameter analysis of industrial waste water discharge can be adopted in SO2 pollution,NOx pollution and solid waste,and is significant to waste discharge goal of the Eleventh Five Year Plan.
