The spacecraft uses bistable solenoid valve with a higher degree of automation,and control method and dynamic performance was an important link in the design of bistable solenoid valve. According to the working characteristics of the solenoid valve,established the electromechanical model of the electric,magnetic,machine system,and improved the equivalent circuit model,described the working principle process and energy conversion of the solenoid valve in more accurate.According to the characteristics of multi field coupling,considered the nonlinear properties of magnetic materials and leakage effect of magnetic circuit,choosing finite element method for the simulation calculation,and a two-dimensional finite element model was established. The dynamic simulation data was consistent with the experimental results of solenoid valve,achieved the purpose of quantitatively analyzing the electromagnetic force size,and got characteristic curve of the switch discharge current.Using finite element method to optimize control method could improve the cost-effectiveness in multi field coupling conditions,and could achieve high precision,so it was an effective method for designing optimization of solenoid valve.
