The control equations for analyzing coupled thermal-mechanical-chemical phenomena of continuous media established was described.A three-dimensional numerical simulation for the coupled thermal-mechanical-chemical process of creep law of deep soft rock tunnel underground 1 500 m was carried out by using FEM,and the influences of temperature field,stress field and chemical field on the creep law of the deep soft rock tunnel were analyzed.The results shows that deep soft rock produces large strain,and the main source is the creep,elastic strain and thermal strain,followed by;the above three fields cause important effects on creep of deep soft rock tunnel,according to the degree of influence,stress field causes the greatest influence,temperature field and chemical field,followed by.
