Modeling and Analysis of Two-Stage Directed Network Markov Repairable System

According to the actual pipe directed network systems, this paper constructs the model of two-stage directed network Markov repairable systems in which each of edges(components) operates in dependence. The constructed components and the system state were analyzed. The general approach to find the solution of indexes and Laplace transformation were applied to solve reliability indexes of the model. The reliability indexes such as instantaneous availability, instantaneous faults frequency,steady-state availability,steady-state failure frequency and average indexes for the system were given. In addition, the comparison on the reliability indexes for two-component independent and dependent systems was done with the illustration of numerical results.Above results provide a basis for further research on directed network Markov repairable systems.
