LEVEL SURFACES OF GAUSSIAN RANDOM-FIELDS AND MICROEMULSIONS

The average Gaussian curvature and the probability distribution of the mean curvature are calculated for Cahn's model of random surfaces. As a model for microemulsions it demonstrates the connection between bending rigidity and the appearance of the scattering peak. The bulk scattering and the scattering due to the interfacial film are calculated.
