The present invention relates to a cognition rehabilitation service system, comprising: a mobile terminal in which a user executes a cognition rehabilitation program to input training information, image information, and sound information that appear; a central server for receiving information input from the mobile terminal through an internet network and analyzing the information; a DB server for storing the information analyzed by the central server; and a web server for providing the information analyzed by the DB server on the web, and providing a diagnosis and treatment service based on the information. When this service system of the present invention is provided, more active treatment roles from doctors or occupational therapists and more effects thereof can be expected, and not only can the training and management of occupational therapists be performed at anytime and anywhere, but financial burden can also be reduced, and the service system can be effectively supplied in S/W form when required. Also, contents for cognition rehabilitation task therapy can be effectively provided so that therapeutic effects in dementia patients can be expected.
