핀형휜 설치에 따른 이차유로 곡관부 열전달 특성 변화에 관한 수치해석

Numerical calculations of three dimensional flow and heat transfer are conducted for two-pass rectangular channel with channel aspect ratio(AR) of 1:1. The focus of this study is to investigate the effects of pin-fin and guide with 180-degree sharp turn at the tip of internal channel. To calculate the heat transfer at the tip of channel, Reynolds stress model(RSM) and standard wall function were used in Fluent 6.3. In this calculation, the channel inlet Reynolds number was fixed at 50,000. The data calculation suggested that staggered pin-fin with flow guide enhanced heat transfer at the sharp turning region of two pass rectangular channel. Especially, the tip of channel and guide is closer, the heat transfer is more enhanced due to increasing of the impinging effect.
