PROGNOSTIC VALUE OF p53, Ki67 EXPRESSION IN THE UROTHELIAL CARCINOMA TISSUE AND URINARY BLADDER

Materiál a metoda: Do studie bylo zařazeno 48 pacientů s primozáchytem Ta, T1 uroteliálního karcinomu močového měchýře, kteří byli sledováni průměrně 31,3 měsíce. K imunohistochemické detekci p53 a Ki-67 byly použity primární protilátky (Immunotech/DAKO). Míra exprese byla hodnocena semikvantitativně a vyjádřena pomocí tzv. HSCORE, přičemž platí, že HSCORE = ΣPi (i + 1), kde i je jeden ze čtyř stupňů pozitivity, Pi je procento pozitivních jader. Pacienti byli sledováni dle obvyklých schémat.
