An agent-based approach to VHE

VHE is proposed by 3GPP as the global ubiquitous service environment for UMTS. An advanced agent-based approach to this concept is described in this paper. To illustrate the feasibility of agent-based architecture a novel and sophisticated service named VHE LBS is presented.
