UltraWideBand(UWB)systems basedonimpulse radiohavethepotential toprovide veryhighdatarates over shortdistances. Thispaperpresents theanalysis ofanUWB Multi-Band On-OffKeying(MB-OOK)transceiver inthe6- 8.5GHzband,andthesimulations ofthenonuniform filter bank using BAW (Bulk Acoustic Wave)technology. TheuseofaBAW filter bankinthetransceiver isanalyzed withAluminumNitride FilmBulkAcoustic Resonators. Finally, system performance in termsofthroughput, errorprobability andcovered distance are estimated fortheproposed architecture.
