IGBT drive circuit module integrating a plurality of functions

The IGBT drive circuit module comprises a drive circuit composed of a power amplifier switching circuit and an isolation drive transformer, IGBTs, a main circuit, a direct current support circuit, a soft switching circuit used for connecting the four IGBTs, an absorber circuit and a current detection circuit; and the circuits and the parts above are all integrated on the same printed circuit board module. The IGBT drive circuit module is applied to a soft switching convertor circuit; therefore the drive and the protection to the IGBTs are realized. Furthermore, part of functions of the main circuit are integrated on the drive circuit module, so that the drive circuit is better combined with the main circuit, and the reliability of a power convertor circuit is improved.
