Analysis on fault of Changsha distribution network

The distribution network retrofit of Chansha has achieved tremendous progress since 1998. In order to review effect of retrofit upon distribution network, the power quality and reliability was evaluated based on statistcs on fault occued during past 7 years. To identify the emphasis of distribution network retrofitand improve the future work of distribution network construction and retrofit, the characteristics of distribution network fault on the time and location were analyzed and investigated, and some improving measures were put forward.
