In this paper, a low-power UWB LNA is designed by using a common-gate(CG) amplifier and current-reused technique. CG amplifier is employed at the first stage for a wide band input matching. At the second stage, a common-source(CS) amplifier with current-reused technique is utilized to obtain high power gain. In addition, for a wide bandwidth, splitting-load inductive peaking and series inductive peaking technique is employed as the second stage. The proposed LNA have a maximum power gain of 13.57 ㏈, a minimum noise figure of 4.2 ㏈ and a full band UWB bandwidth while consuming 3 ㎽ from 1.5 V.
