Method for group decision making based on partial preferences in metro emergency evacuation

In the emergency situation of multi-disaster derivative, a method for group decision making based on experts' partial preferences is proposed. According to domain knowledge, each expert just evaluates those evacuation solutions he is convinced. By objective optimal, group weights are assigned to solutions by all experts according to the partial preferences, and the expert's weight is obtained at the same time. Through aggregating values of group evaluation, the most proper solution is chosen to support evacuation. The proposed method is applied into an emergency evacuation exercise for metro fire accident at the end of paper.
