아파트 단지내 근린상가 업종의 입지특성 분석을 통한 용도결정에 관한 연구

This study brings up necessity of examination on a dominant cause which has effects on deciding type of business based on the location to activate declining commercial facility which can not adjust itself to the changes of urban spatial structure. This study is focused on the presumption of rent decision model based on classifications by use which reflects exterior and interior traits of apartment complex and interior structure. The results of analysis in this study are as followings: Focused on functional differentiation of each floor at microscopic level, systematic and efficient principles of location use of commercial facility should be established. At the same time, spatial structure of residential area should be induced as well as construction of practical commercial facility by enforcing regulations of location use which reflect exterior traits of apartment complex and structure in interior as well. This study, in the future, can be used as a basic material to study about the location of commercial facility inside apartment complex. Fractionized material and multi-dimensional access method has been done, there was a deliberation that the practical results of principles of land use at microscopic level can be extracted.
