Application of Data Archiving Technology into HIS Data Storage

The complete preservation of massive data in hospital information system(Hospital Information System, HIS) is an important content of the work.The contradiction between limited storage and unlimited increase exists among data of HIS in the running process before special process. Therefore, this paper mainly analyses the status of data stored in our hospital in HIS, and actively find out the reason of data increase, and introduces the principle and operation and advantages of data archiving, so as to make it be applied in the HIS data storage more efficiently.
