Proper treatment of knowledge is highlycomplex because of many factors, among them the fact ofknowledge is present in people in a non-structured andnon-explicit way. Thus a process of knowledgemanagement is necessary. To this end, the tools andtechnologies WEB 2.0 such as: RSS, Facebook, Twitter,Moodle, Podcast, Youtube and many others, are availablefor use and effective use of information resources.Through a case study, we identified the applicability ofthem to support the teaching of computing inundergraduate and graduate school, where they would dosome advantages that help to improve educationalprocesses through the man-machine interaction. The aimof this paper is to present a collaborative application ofeducational methods where the introduction ofinformation technology was considered a critical factorfor generating change and success in learning andinnovation.Index Terms ⎯ Knowledge Management, Web 2.0,Human-Machine Interaction.
