태양전지판 전개장치용 테잎 스프링 힌지의 경로의존 특성 연구

A study is performed regarding the path-dependent behavior of a tape spring hinge for deploying the solar array of a satellite. A tape spring hinge is widely applied as deployment device of satellite due to several advantages such as self-deployable/locking, simple and lightweight. However, its strong behavior, it is very difficult to consider the exact characteristics of the tape spring hinge during the solar array deployment analysis. To solve this problem, the method tracing the past path of moment is proposed. To verify the effectiveness of our proposed method, solar array deployment analysis is carried out considering and not considering proposed method. From the numerical simulation results, it is shown that proposed method obtains more accurate results.
