Image hybrid coding

This paper deals with statistical analysis of an image in the Discrete Cosine Transform domain (DCT) on the basis of results obtained from the design and optimization of the hybrid coding system along with predictive coding of transform coefficients. Simulation results are achieved from this hybrid coding system of image with highest performance.
