Practice and Thinking about the Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers Majored in Printing Engineering

According to the requirements of the Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers,engineering practice that lasted one year and innovation ability training in the curriculum plan will make or mar the educational reform project.In the paper,the situation of the Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers majored in printing engineering carried out in Xi' an University of Technology was analyzed.And then the problems in the students' practice process and corresponding solutions were discussed.At last,the key issues of enterprises teaching practice of the Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers,the thinking of reforming practice train model and the measures of improving the enterprises teaching practice effect were dealt with,which are valuable for improving engineering education quality.
