Multi-operator cognitive radios sharing one channel

Cognitive Radio (CR) coexistence with the primary user has emerged as one of the main tasks for the success of the spectrum multi-users auction proposals. Known architectures that arrange the spectrums sharing for different users are coordinated, distributed, and hybrid. This paper proposes a framework to solve the problem of spectrum access between multi-cognitive radios using only one channel in emergencies. A framework solutions and probable network managements were analyzed for two CR's trying hardly to coexist with a primary user along the same channel. As a result new paradigm for Dynamic Spectrum Access (DSA) is introduced based on adding together the suitable spectrum management entities to the known principles of time and frequency opportunities. New protocols for a novel co-operative CR's and modifications to the primary user technologies are suggested. Our argument is that best appliance for the anticipated scenario can be achieved using the hybrid management which bridges the coordinated and distributed schedules with all other events changes.
