Design and Implementation of Management System for Electric Tools Based on RFID

In order to better serve the production of power grid and achieve goal of information management of power tools and instruments in the whole life cycle, this paper analyzes problems faced by power tools and instruments management, studies storage and system structure of power tools and instruments production data, and designs management system of power tools and instruments based on RFID. By means of the integrated intelligent workstation near the RFID terminal to ensure automatic registration of warehouse management of tools and instruments, by means of acquiring data collected by the RFID reader set on the shelf to make a real-time inventory of tools and instruments in warehouse, by means of access control alarm service to guarantee information registration of abnormal ex-warehouse and in-warehouse and alarm prompt, by means of movement trajectory of indoor positioning terminal tracking tools and instruments to realize regional positioning, by means of integrated management system of the far RFID terminal to view and manage tool information, operation instruction and staff information. The system has been successfully applied to Qingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station of China Southern Power Grid.
