Construction of Development Pattern on Revitalizing Traditional Folk Culture Resources under a Perspective of Cultural and Creative Industry——Taking Traditional Folk Culture Resources of Northern Shanxi as an Empirical Research

The historic appearance of cultural and creative industries brought rare opportunity for the revitalization of traditional folk culture.At the same time,it also brought severe challenges.Based on the interpretation of the concept and character analysis of cultural creativity and creative industry,this paper studied the relationship between culture and creativity.Moreover,it studied the strategy to the development of cultural and creative industries,etc.It also tried to build a model for the development of cultural and creative industries,in order to achieve a benign operation of cultural and creative industries.As empirical research,this paper selected traditional folk culture of Northern Shanxi as an example.It pointed out that to achieve "ashes reborn",much attention should be paid to folk cultural tourism creativity,innovative broadcasting,press and publication creativity,performing arts and entertainment creativity.The purpose of this study was to provide reference to a creative development model of the cultural and creative industries.
