Apparatus and method for real-time intelligent and autonomous load management

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for intelligently managing a load in real time are provided to efficiently manage a load by obtaining information about the power consumption or operational state of a consumer side. CONSTITUTION: A central load management information collecting and managing unit(110) provides local basic information to a plurality of local load managing servers. The whole load situation monitoring and demand forecasting unit(120) calculates the demand about the power consumption of the consumer load. A central load management tack performing unit(130) provides a load management command to a local load management server based on a target including the power consumption and the load management time.
