공동주택의 거주성능 평가에 관한 연구

This paper presents the development of a housing performance evaluation model for apartment buildings to assist the residents' decision-making. 41 housing performance criteria were extracted by reviewing and analyzing several building performance evaluation methods and by interviewing experts. These criteria were classified into a series of categories. The main categories of housing performance suggested in this study are environmental performance, function and comfort. The weight of each category and criterion was calculated by surveying the opinions of experts in the field of housing design and development. Next, the credit of each category and criterion were converted from the weight. Finally, the structure of the housing performance evaluation model was suggested.
