The Training Research of Information Technology Application Ability for Normal School Students under the ICT-CFT

In 2011, UNESCO publicized Information and Communication Tools Competency Framework for Teachers, which gave a detailed description of stages and focus fields of information technology application ability that teachers are supposed to have, and provided the reference of practical operation for teachers. Aiming at pedagogical and technicality of normal school students, using the ICT-CTF framework as reference, this paper brings up intact course system design from five levels of capability requirement and training to improve the quality of information technology application capability training for normal school students and promote the overall development of education in China.
