The turbine is one of the core aero-engine components,it mostly influences the performance of the engine.There are many factors leading to the aero-engine performance declination,especially roughness increase caused by the lamina fouling is a typical reason.The paper builds 2-stage turbine model by using basic blade profile data,it enhances the model precision compared to the traditional modeling method.The ingredients that lead to the turbine performance declination equal to the change of blade surface roughness.And the paper quantitatively researches the performance declination leaded by the two-stage turbine blade roughness increase by simulation method,and based on the equivalent Reynolds number modifying theory.The simulation result indicates when the blade surface roughness increases,the main turbine characteristic parameters decrease in some degree,and make the total turbine performance decline.
