District center network synchronization acquisition apparatus for maintaining stable network synchronization using acm mode as forwarding link and its method

A network synchronization acquisition apparatus of a district center for maintaining stable network synchronization by using an ACM mode as a forwarding link and a method thereof are provided to solve network synchronization acquisition and maintenance problems generated by the frame structure of a DVB-S2 method different from a DVB-S method, thereby providing more stable two-way satellite communication environment. A network synchronization acquisition apparatus of a district center comprises the followings: a remultiplexing unit which remultiplexes DVB(Digital Video Broadcasting)-S2/RCS(Return Channel via Satellite) PSI/SI(Program Specific Information/Service Information) table information and an MPEG2-TS(Moving Picture Experts Group2-Transport Stream) packet, in which an NCR(Network Clock Reference) value is inserted, as a stream; a mode and stream adaptation unit; a frame organizing unit; a channel coding unit; a modulation unit; a packet generating unit which receives an SOF(Start Of Frame) signal generated by the modulation unit, and generates the MPEG2-TS packet, and transmits it to the remultiplexing unit; and a control unit which determines channel coding and modulation methods for output of a frame organization unit according to the SOF signal, a state of the mode and stream adaptation unit, and protective degrees of each stream.
