Discussion on Connection of Girder and Beam in Reinforced Concrete Structure

Rigid joint or hinged joint may be applied to connect the girder and beam in reinforced concrete structure,but final connecting way should be determined by the dimensions of girder and beam as well as the detail of reinforcing bars in structural calculation.Based on numerical model calculation and analysis,we discuss the influence on girder stress and deformation by the joint connecting ways of girder and beam under different loads,the coordination and torsion for the joints of girder and beam,zero rigidity of coordination torsion and other key technical issues,which will provide the reference for similar structure design.
