Application and Research of Multivariable Pre-estimatControl in Float Glass Furnace Operation

Through applying existed furnace computer modeling technology,referring to heat engineering calculation results,adopting multivariable pre-estimate control technology and building corresponding mathematical models,this paper finds out multiple variable relationship in furnace,which further improves operating control effect of furnace as a whole and reduces variation range of each controlled variable,therefore,the better economic benefit may be obtained for float glass production based on the operation of optimal quality and minimum energy consumption.
