The method comprises steps: when a data sharing request sent by a first user is received, a user identity of a second user and a relation identity of the second user are acquired; according to the acquired user identity of the second user and the relation identity of the second user, a health data acquisition request is sent to a service provider platform stored with health data of the first user; a health data response request sent when the first user logs in successfully is received; an authorized access identity is acquired; when a data sharing request sent by the second user is received, the acquired authorized access identity is sent to the second user, and the second user shares the health data which the first user agrees to share in the service provider platform according to the authorized access identity. The problem that mutual health data can not be shared among the users via a social service provided by a mobile health service platform can be well solved.
