Histopathology of Vitiliginous Skin

ABSTRACT: A histological study of 74 vitiligo cases revealed imflammatory and degenerative changes in the epidermis, papillation, blood vessels, sweat glands and ducts, sebeceous glands cind hair follicles, dermis (connective tissue), and dermal nerves and nerve endings.
