The Marine Alarm and Monitoring System Based on Configuration Software MCGS

Marine alarm and monitoring system (AMS) in Engine Room is an important part of Ship Automation and the primary means of replacement for an engineer’s inspection and management for main engine and other important equipment and systems. From the characteristics of both configuration software monitor and control generated system, monitor and control system (MCGS is a Windows-based platform for the rapid construction and generation of PC monitoring system configuration software which is developed by Beijing Kunlun-state Automation Software Technology Co., Ltd.) and the programmable logic controller (PLC), the application of PLC and MCGS in AMS, the hardware components of the system, control method, the software development process of PC in the system, and the settings of MCGS will be described in detail in this chapter.
