Mosaic v1.1: landscape scenario creation software for simulation of pollen dispersal and deposition

Abstract Mosaic v1.1 is a Windows application written in Borland Delphi 3.0. It enables users to quickly and easily create landscape scenarios in a suitable input format for specific computer programs used for simulation of pollen dispersal and deposition. Landscape matrix and patch characteristics can be built up interactively by the user, or specified in a script using a simple and flexible scripting language. The rationale and operation of Mosaic v1.1 are briefly described in this paper.
